I’m a product designer and UX researcher, based in the beautiful National Capital Region of Canada.

Summary

Over the past 6 years, I’ve designed intuitive digital solutions for startups, corporations, and government - turning intricate user challenges into seamless experiences, from initial research through final polished visual designs.

I focus on modernizing and migrating complex legacy B2B SaaS applications to dynamic, user focused versions in agile environment. Collaborating closely with product owners, internal and external stakeholders, and development teams, I aim to create intuitive, trust building platforms that empower users and deliver cutting edge experiences.

My approach is rooted in data driven user research. By conducting interviews, usability testing, learning about user behaviours and attitudes, surveys and leveraging analytics tools like Pendo, Hotjar and Canny I uncover critical insights to guide design decisions and by involving users in the design process as early as possible. Alongside addressing user needs and resolving pain points, I carefully navigate technical constraints to ensure feasible and scalable solutions. This balance of innovation, user-centricity, and technical viability enables me to deliver exceptional, goal oriented digital experiences that align seamlessly with business objectives.

When I’m not immersed in design, research and volunteering, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, gardening, or creating abstract paintings.

With a decade in Sales and Marketing roles across Europe, Asia and Canada and fluency in English, Polish, Mongolian, and Russian languages, I bring deep business acumen that ensures every design decision aligns with strategic objectives and drives measurable results.

Blog

As a parent myself, kids online safety is very close to my heart. When I struggled to find quality resources on cybersecurity for parents and children, I took initiative and launched the Kids Cybersecurity Blog - dedicated to empowering parents, teachers, and children with clear, practical guidance.

Volunteering

I also serve as a Board Director for the Polish Heritage Foundation of Canada in Ottawa. Founded in 1993, the Foundation preserves and promotes Polish language, history, and culture among Canadians of Polish descent. Each year, we award scholarships, and in May 2025 we launched the Ottawa Polish Fest at ByWard Market to celebrate Polish Heritage Month in Canada recognized in 2024 by the House of Commons.
