Meet Your Instructor
I am a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor with additional training in functional movement and senior fitness. Since 2011, I have taught in China, Mongolia, and Canada, developing a deep understanding of how gentle, mindful movement can support balance, mobility, strength, relaxation, and confidence at every age.
Today, I bring that experience to the Ottawa, Gatineau, and Chelsea community through senior chair yoga and chair Pilates, mat-based yoga and Pilates with crystal bowl meditation, and Pilates reformer classes. My sessions are designed to improve posture, stability, strength, mobility, and body awareness, while creating a warm and supportive space where everyone can move, breathe, relax, and feel more at home in their body.
