Before the introduction of the "Receive Payments" feature, users managed payments for accounts receivable manually through fragmented workflows in Syncore. This process was prone to errors, time-consuming, and lacked scalability for bulk payment operations as each payment was done one by one. Some partners hired additional accountants just to do this work which came after research calls with users.
