Do I need any experience?

No. All movements are modified to your comfort. You can stay seated or use the chair for support when standing.

What equipment is required?

A sturdy armless chair without wheels. Optional: light hand weights, a pilates ball, and a water bottle.

Is this suitable for limited mobility or balance challenges?

Yes. The focus is on safe range of motion, posture, breath, and gentle balance practice.

Do you offer on-site classes for centres or residences?

Yes, we can come to senior residences, community centres, churches, and clubs. Ask about group rates.

What’s the difference between Chair Pilates and Chair Yoga?
