I am a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor with additional training in functional movement and senior fitness. For over three years, I taught seniors in China, developing a deep understanding of how gentle, chair-supported movement can transform balance, mobility, and confidence at any age.
Today, I bring that experience to the Ottawa, Gatineau & Chelsea community, offering Chair Pilates and Chair Yoga classes tailored to older adults of all fitness levels. My sessions focus on improving posture, strength, stability and pelvic health, while creating a warm, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable to move, breathe, and thrive.
